Kathy Mock has been a professional in the insurance industry for more than 30 years.
During that period she has worked in many areas– including Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Marketing and Sales.
In 1986, Kathy began specializing in insurance for the Health Care Industry which remains her focus today.
Kathy represents specialized carriers who can provide the products and services best suited for the unique needs of the Health Care Industry.
Kathy has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and the Accredited Advisor In Insurance (AAI) designations from the industry.
Nikki Lloyd is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent and has been in the Industry for more than 20 years. Throughout her career she has worked in Commercial Lines and as a Marketing Manager for Independent Insurance Agencies in the Omaha area.
Nikki was born and raised in Elwood, NE and moved to Omaha in 1992 where she pursued her Insurance Career. She has worked her way up through all areas of the Insurance Agency business and has been a marketing manager for many years. In 2011 Nikki started working with Quality First Insurance and the Health Care Industry as the Marketing Manager. Nikki prides herself on Customer Service and works closely with the clients and Carriers to procure the best products and pricing available!
Terri Roth is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent and has been in the Industry since 1974. Her career started on the Company side where she worked her way through all areas of the Company side. Went to the Agency side in 1997 as a Claims Representative where she handled commercial claims, property & casualty insurance and workers’ compensation. She started working at Quality First in 2013 as Customer Service Representative. Terri’s broad range of knowledge in all aspects of insurance enables her to provide excellent customer service.
Denise Hokanson is a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent and has been in the Insurance Industry since 1999. Her career started in personal lines with an emphasis on customer service. Denise prides herself in customer service and learning the new aspects of the Health Care Industry. She started working at Quality First Insurance in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative and is working in all aspects of the Agency providing excellent Customer Service and working with the marketing team! We are thrilled to have Denise on board! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her Grandchildren and she is a great baker! We know this first hand from being her "taste tester"!
